For products damaged during transportation, please notify us via email or call within 48 hours of delivery and return the item to our Head Office at 44 Matheswartalla Road, Kolkata 700046, within 7 days. Failure to do so within the specified timeframe may result in us being unable to accept the exchange.
All purchases made on the website can be exchanged directly with the Head Office. Once sold, products can only be exchanged, not returned. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving the product. If the product doesn't fit or you don't like it, exchange it within 7 days for a different style or receive a credit note. If you cancel any items from your order and have paid via credit card, you will not be charged for the cancelled item(s). For payments made through debit card or net banking, we will promptly instruct your bank for a refund within 2 working days. However, the actual credit to your account depends on your bank's processing time, which typically ranges from 7 to 15 days.
