Exchange, Return & Warranty Policy

All Brampton London designs are meticulously handcrafted using eco-friendly leather. Many styles are either vegetable-tanned or hand-stained, resulting in each product being uniquely individual. Please be aware that the colour and texture may vary slightly from the photograph.

Should you wish to exchange or return your purchase for any reason, we’re here to assist you. We offer free exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, including complimentary pickup services. To initiate the exchange or return process, kindly email us with your Order ID and phone number at mail@bramptonlondon.com. We’ll arrange a hassle-free return/exchange pickup and keep you informed through SMS and/or e-mail updates.

Here are some essentials that you need to know:

Customised and personalised products can neither be exchanged nor returned.
Returned items must have receipts & tags still on, and must be returned in original packaging.
Please have the product(s) maintained in its original condition, or else we will not accept the pickup.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Please note that you have 5 days only to check for compatibility and anything else.
In case of a return, we will refund the complete amount to you. It should reflect in your bank account within 15 business days from the day we receive and verify the returned product in its original condition.

Warranty Policy

To underscore our commitment, each product comes with a lifetime warranty, safeguarding against manufacturing defects.

Our products boast double reinforcement with gold-rated hardware, precisely stitched seams, and a promise of best-in-class durability. Every component, from hardware to zippers and thread, is sourced from world-renowned factories catering exclusively to luxury brands. Equipped with the latest machinery and stringent quality control, our factory ensures the highest standard of quality for every product.

To avail of our lifetime warranty, visit any of our boutiques or call our registered mobile number, and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Manufacturing defects will be repaired within 21 to 60 days from the date of receipt. If a repair is not feasible, we’ll provide an alternate solution. It’s important to note that the lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and excludes damage to the leather.
